THE SALE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ("PRODUCTS") BY 20-20 COMPONENTS LLC., ARE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("AGREEMENT") REGARDLESS OF OTHER OR ADDITIONAL TERMS OR CONDITIONS THAT CONFLICT OR CONTRADICT THIS AGREEMENT IN ANY PURCHASE ORDER, DOCUMENT, OR OTHER COMMUNICATION ("ORDER").

1. 20-20 Components LLC warrants to Buyer that for a period of 30 days following the delivery of product to Buyer, the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will function in substantial compliance with the manufacturer's written specifications thereof. Buyer's exclusive remedy shall, in any case, be limited, at 20-20 Components LLC election, to: A) Repair or replacement of the defective products; B) Refund of the purchase price thereof; or C) Crediting of the same against future purchases by Buyer. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE  BY 20-20 COMPONENTS LLC WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS. THERE ARE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY 20-20 COMPONENTS LLC, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE CONDITION OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEIR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
2. IN NO EVENT WILL 20-20 COMPONENTS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATEVER, WHETHER OR NOT SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE SAME
3. All products shall be deemed and presumed to be acceptable to Buyer and in full compliance with the warranties made herein unless, within 30 days from the date of delivery, Buyer shall have notified 20-20 COMPONENTS LLC  in writing to the contrary. Any claims for shortage or in transit damage must be made to 20-20 Components LLC  in writing within 10 days from the date of this invoice.
4. 20-20 Components LLC . quoted prices apply for 30 days or as otherwise stated in its quote. 20-20 Components LLC may increase prices if 20-20 Components LLC costs increase or other circumstances beyond 20-20 Components LLC  reasonable control. Prices are for Products only and do not include taxes, impositions and any other charges, fees, shipping charges and duties imposed by any government authority. Customer is responsible for any additional fees and taxes.
5. Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy covers 20-20 Components LLC  treatment of information that we collect in connection with providing you with 20-20 Components LLC  services and when you are on the 20-20 Components LLC  site. This policy also covers 20-20 Components LLC    treatment of any personal information that 20-20 Components LLC    business partners share with 20-20 Components LLC  or that 20-20 Components LLC  may collect on a partner's site.
6.  20-20 Components LLC  will not sell or rent your identifiable information to anyone. 20-20 Components LLC  may send identifiable information about your company to other companies or people when :
   We have your consent to share the information;
   We need to share your information to provide the service you have requested;
   We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of  20-20 Components LLC    to provide a service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.);
   We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
   We find that your actions on our web sites violate the  20-20 Components LLC  Terms of Service or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.
   Confidentiality and Security
   We restrict access to your nonpublic information to those employees who reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you.
7. 20-20 Components LLC may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by either a email or phone call or a posting on this website.
